Our voices can take us to any moment on our timelines with grace and focused insight. In this nurturing workshop, you are encouraged and empowered to be the conscious creator of your story, the singer of your exquisite one-of-a-kind song!
This experience is designed for anyone desiring to own their narrative in new ways and give literal voice to their humility, path and purpose. No experience is necessary.
Through spirited and energizing group exercises, you will:
Explore vocalizations for reflecting on and gaining understanding of the past
Project your vibrations into the future to more easily intuit opportunities
Strengthen the connection to your divine inspiration and unseen helpers
Practice deep levels of listening with your whole being
Gain perspective on important life events
Free your voice and share your essence in a supportive group environment
Your guide is Julia Francis, a sound therapy practitioner and singer-songwriter who performs and teaches soul-level catharsis through sound. As a lifelong disciple of the vocal arts, Julia offers private vocal embodiment coaching and group workshops that help people create space in the body for emotions to move and transform.
