Vibrational Wake-Up: Giving Voice to New Possibilities

In this one-day workshop that intersects sound healing and voice work,
you can experience more joy by
amplifying your capacity to give and receive vibrations.

The desire to express yourself reflects your willingness to receive.

Your voice is a powerful instrument that knows intuitively how to harmonize with everything outside of your body. Whatever your relationship with your own voice, it’s possible to create more space and self-compassion so you can enjoy communicating with the world on a different level. Join us.

Is this for you?

This one-day voice workshop is for people who usually shy away from the spotlight, and also want to explore the boundaries of opening up in community.

Whether you want to fine-tune your communication skills, or gain more confidence with speaking and singing, you will come away with new ways to ground and calm yourself, gracefully dwell in the present moment, and playfully collaborate with others.

What you’ll learn

In this safe container, you’ll learn fun, freeing vocal and movement exercises that will help you release tension, tune up your instrument, and embrace a spontaneous approach to co-creating with others. The workshop incorporates practical/imaginative approaches as well as ancient wisdom traditions, designed to nourish your brain, body and spirit.

The day starts with a crystal singing bowl sound bath that invites deep relaxation and heightened listening. Transitioning into gentle movement, vocal toning and visualization prompts, you’ll then practice sharing your experience through journaling, speaking and improvised group singing. Throughout the day you’ll explore your personal resonance with the support of the crystal singing bowls. You’ll also have the opportunity to witness each others’ courage to listen deeply, attune to each other, and express your authentic self.

  • Julia Francis is a sound healing practitioner, singer-songwriter and lifelong disciple of the vocal arts whose vibrations offer soul-level catharsis. Julia looks to her Celtic heritage, and studies with shamanic practitioners and sound healers across the globe to understand the power of the unseen.

“Working with clients who are seeking support to focus, ground and clear energetic blockages gives me the courage to sing about the brilliant light that shines from within and connects us all.” - Julia

“I walked away from my work with Julia understanding how important it feels for me to sing my emotions - grief, love, anticipation, etc. I've begun seeking out ways to better express myself through singing - thanks for that nudge :)”
